We are located just outside the Milpitas,CA city limits alongside the 15th fairway of Spring Valley golf course.
Ed Levin County Park with miles of nice riding trails and picnic areas is adjacent to the other three sides of the golf course.
Our horse boarding is "self-care", however, one of our tenants feeds many of the boarders' horses for a very nominal charge.
Facilities consist of two center aisle barns containing a total of 24 box stalls.
Each stall has an outdoor pipe paddock attached to it.
The barns have lights, the stalls have automatic waterers, and small tack rooms are available for each boarder.
Most of the stalls have thick rubber mat floors (recycled conveyor belting from a cement plant).
We have a decent sized illuminated outdoor riding arena.
Our barns are usually full and there is usually a waiting list.
We do not host shows, rent horses, board stallions, offer any training or lessons, and have no room to store horse trailers.
The majority of our boarders are families whose horses are their primary recreation.
They come here together, work with and ride their horse(s), clean stall(s), etc.
Although several own registered horses and own horse trailers, few are into events, showing, or contests.
One boarder is a Tevis (endurance ride) buckle winner and some are Charros.

Note the private un-named road to our place actually continues for
another quarter mile ending at the main gate of the Chaparral Ranch.
We are only a
few miles east of the Hwy 237 (Calaveras Blvd) exit off Hwy 680 in Milpitas.
